In every interaction you have with another person, you either give energy or take energy. You build trust or use trust. You’re a faucet or a drain.

What if in addition to your usual to-do lists for daily errands and work tasks (which are all important, of course), what if you had a to-do list for character?

A little daily checklist that's not focussing on accomplishing more things, but for how you do those things on your other lists. A to-do list for how you interact with the people around you.

What would be on your "to-do" list?

How do you guess it would affect your day/week/life?
How would it affect others' day/week/life?
