Or worse... are not on the list?

Eating healthy
Avoiding gossip
Telling the truth
Meditating for 10 minutes
Reading/Learning
Journaling
Being kind to others
Is the story you’re living right now, the last week/month/year one you’ll be proud to tell?
Is it scary to think about doing all of those things you don’t wanna do?
Is it scarier still to imagine living a life where you never took a shot at your ACTUAL best story?
The best stories get a little scary. Remember that.
