Whatever you're feeling - joy, sorrow, rambunctious, lethargic...

Try adding "right now" to the end of it.

I'm stressed out "right now".
I'm feeling happy "right now".
I'm pissed off "right now".
I miss them so much "right now".

Too often we slip into a mood and feel like this is it. This is how it is now. Instead of realizing no, this is just how it feels right now.

In fact, you've probably felt this way before. And like everything else you've ever gone through, good and bad, you got through it. And on the other side were more moments. More opportunities. More setbacks. More wins. More stories. More love. More loss. More life.

Whatever you're feeling at the moment, instead of judging or dissecting, what happens if you try adding "right now" and just feeling whatever that is?

Not "why?"
Not "where did this come from?"
Not "where does this lead?"

Just feel what you're feelin' "...right now."
